What happens to our data if we leave?
It's yours. Export everything — roster, dues history, documents, minutes — as CSV or PDF anytime. We don't hold your data hostage.
We're switching from another tool. Can you import our data?
Yes. Drop your roster CSV in and we'll map the fields. For larger imports (dues history, document archives), our team will help you migrate at no charge.
Can our members pay dues online?
Organizations can connect their own Stripe account to process payments online or manually track payments through the dashboard.
Do you have a mobile app?
Sodalo is a responsive web app — works great on any phone, no install required. Members log in from their browser to update info, pay dues, RSVP, and read updates.
